I've spent the better part of a decade teaching dance to all levels and all ages. I've been practicing yoga at home for just as long, and recently became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor.

I believe that dance, yoga, and all types of embodied movement have the power to create more freedom, joy, and overall wellness in our lives. Movement connects us to mindfulness, and vice versa.

My mission is to provide a space for movers of all levels and backgrounds to explore movement that feels supportive. I offer an accessible, approachable way of dancing and practicing yoga, where it's not about how your movement looks, but rather how it feels. 

As a lifelong dancer who now manages chronic pain and injury, it's important to me to guide in a way that centers modification and client autonomy. You know your body best. Injured, low mobility, and disabled folks are all welcomed here. I hope to cultivate an environment where you are the forefront, not the afterthought. We all deserve to feel welcome and celebrated. We all deserve to find healing and safety in movement.

BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled folks are encouraged apply for a reduced or completely covered tuition for any mentorship program.

Payment Plans

All mentorships are eligible for a negotiated payment plan for folks of any and all identification.

Sliding Scale

Any MM class or session is eligible for sliding scale payment. Please reach out via email to request. (excludes The Workroom)
